Yoga Classes

From Restorative to Yoga for Any Body to Power, we've got a yoga class for you! Each class is assigned a credit value, noted in the description. For an explanation of the credit system and costs, visit the Pricing page. Classes are listed in order from most gentle to most active.

Unless otherwise noted, classes will not run if no one has signed up an hour prior to class. Classes at 9 a.m. or earlier require registration by 9 p.m. the night before. Credits cannot be refunded if a participant cancels their registration within an hour of class time.

​

**Room temperature for all classes will be set at a comfortable 72-75 degrees Fahrenheit. In active classes, your body's movement will supply the necessary heat to break a sweat.**

Restorative Bliss

Sink into a practice of supported restorative postures that allow the body to release tension and stress. Guided breath work encourages both the mind and body to let go and just be. Leave feeling calm, collected, and ready for the weekend!

This is a beautiful opportunity to align with the natural grounding and renewing rhythms of the season.

Yoga for Any Body

Yoga for Any Body

Move and breathe at your own pace.

 

Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class usually begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system.

 

WHEN:

Wednesdays, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. (begins 11/6)

Mondays, Fridays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.

Happy Hour Vin-Yin

Vin-Yin combines the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga with the deep stretch of Yin Yoga! Vinyasa yoga focuses on the lengthening and strengthening of the muscles while Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This is indeed a "happy hour" for your body!

Fridays, December 6 and December 20, 6-7 p.m.

Power Sculpt Yoga

Power yoga meets strength training in this class which combines faster-paced Vinyasa Yoga with power poses and additional non-yoga cardio.

​

Light 1-5 pound weights are available for extra strength-building.

​

Prerequisite: ​At least 5 Vinyasa Flow or Move Your Asana classes.

​

Wednesdays, 6:15-7:15 p.m.

Deep Calm Yoga

Enjoy a calm and quiet environment during this Yin / Restorative Blend Yoga Class. During the first 30 minutes of class, slow-paced movements provide deep and supportive stretching, where poses are held 2-5 minutes long. For the last 30 minutes of class, students will practice 3 restorative poses for 10 minutes each. All poses will offer the opportunity to connect your physical body to your breath and to your emotions and instill deep calm in every layer.

Props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and bands are used for additional support throughout the class.

Chair Yoga

Need a stretch but don't want to sit on the floor? Chair Yoga is great for people who have limited mobility for any reason.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is the middle ground between Yoga for Any Body and Vinyasa Flow. This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.

Thursdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.​

Core Strength & Stretch

​An all levels class focused on stabilizing the core with yoga strengthening and stretching asanas (poses).  None of your gym class sit-ups here!

Move Your Asana AND Vinyasa Flow Yoga

These active, all-level classes emphasize connecting breath with movement, encompassing sun salutations and warrior sequences.  You will sweat! A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful.

Mondays, 6-7 p.m.

Tuesdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.

Saturdays, 8:45 - 9:45 a.m.

​

Select Sundays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
