Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. Chairs available for those who'd rather not sit, kneel, or lie down on the floor.
WHEN: Mondays and Fridays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.

Therapeutic Yoga with Shaila Amin
Shaila Amin is an experienced yoga teacher in the Iyengar tradition. She teaches university classes and offers private sessions to the community.
Therapeutic yoga is gentle and includes yoga poses modified to the individual's needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. Each class/appointment is structured to address a region or system of the body that may need balancing for better health and well being.
These classes/appointments are appropriate for individuals with musculoskeletal dis-ease or injury, neuromuscular issues, chronic pain, balance or movement deficits, anxiety or depression, respiratory issues, or other imbalances or dysfunctions that individuals may suffer.
COVID PROTOCOL: Participants must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and have a recent negative COVID test. Free testing is available at Nettles Park in Clemson. Wearing a mask is encouraged.

Yoga with Tracy Ceres
Tracy creates space where you can come to practice, learn, and explore your body, mind, and spirit with love and kindness. She encourages you to embrace wherever you are in your yoga journey each time you come to your mat.
Gentle Flow & Restore: Mondays, 6 - 7 p.m.
A 60-minute combination class that will begin with a gentle flow and end with restorative postures allowing for release and relaxation.
Vinyasa (Zen-yasa) Flow: Tuesdays, 6 - 7 p.m.
A 60-minute all level vinyasa flow class with emphasis on the breath.
Restorative Bliss: Thursdays, 6 - 7 p.m.
A 60-minute restorative yoga practice with lots of props, emphasis on breath, and active release of stress.
Classes are sold in packages, indicated below.

5 Class Pack - $70 (30 day expiration from date of purchase)
10 Class Pack - $120 (30 day expiration from date of purchase)
*Unlimited Class Pack - $180 (*60 day expiration from date of purchase)
