Yoga Classes

From Restorative to Yoga for Any Body to Power, we've got a yoga class for you! Each class is assigned a credit value, noted in the description. For an explanation of the credit system and costs, visit the Pricing page. Classes are listed in order from most gentle to most active.

Unless otherwise noted, classes will not run if no one has signed up an hour prior to class. Classes at 9 a.m. or earlier require registration by 9 p.m. the night before. Credits cannot be refunded if a participant cancels their registration within an hour of class time.

​

**Room temperature for all classes will be set at a comfortable 72-75 degrees Fahrenheit. In active classes, your body's movement will supply the necessary heat to break a sweat.**

Restorative Bliss

Sink into a practice of supported restorative postures that allow the body to release tension and stress. Guided breath work encourages both the mind and body to let go and just be. Leave feeling calm, collected, and ready for the weekend!

Meditative Movement  with Sound

Enjoy gentle, repeated movements that allow you to connect breath to movement while experiencing the sounds and vibrations of different instruments. If you choose, you may begin to move more organically as body, breath, and mind become one.

 

The last 30 minutes will include the stillness and supported poses of a restorative yoga practice.

This class is the epitome of embodiment!

Chair Yoga

Need a stretch but don't want to sit on the floor? Chair Yoga is great for people recovering from injuries and those who are not able to or would rather not get down on the floor.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is the middle ground between Yoga for Any Body and Vinyasa Flow. This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.

WHEN:

Wednesdays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.

Thursdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.​

Foundational Flow

​Are you interested in a flow practice? Already practicing vinyasa flow but have questions about fine-tuning certain poses? Both beginners and regular practitioners will find this all-levels class's focus on the basics valuable to a safe and sustainable practice.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow

An active, all-level vinyasa flow yoga class with emphasis on connecting breath with movement, encompassing sun salutations and warrior sequences.  You will sweat! A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful.

WHEN:

Tuesdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.

Thursdays, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

​

2nd Sundays, 10:30  - 11:30 a.m.

​

COST: 3 credits per class

Power Sculpt Yoga

Power yoga meets strength training in this class which combines faster-paced Vinyasa Yoga with power poses and additional non-yoga cardio.

​

Some knowledge of yoga is helpful, and participants should be able to move quickly from floor to standing and back. Light 1-3 pound weights are available for extra strength-building.

​

WHEN:

Wednesdays, 6:15-7:15 p.m.

​

Deep Calm Yoga

Enjoy a calm and quiet environment during this Yin / Restorative Blend Yoga Class. During the first 30 minutes of class, slow-paced movements provide deep and supportive stretching, where poses are held 2-5 minutes long. For the last 30 minutes of class, students will practice 3 restorative poses for 10 minutes each. All poses will offer the opportunity to connect your physical body to your breath and to your emotions and instill deep calm in every layer.

Props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and bands are used for additional support throughout the class.

1st and 3rd Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch is a passive stretching practice that targets the connective tissues and joints. It is also known as Yin Yoga. This practice is an excellent counterbalance to strength training and is beneficial for anyone who wants to facilitate inner calm and peace.

​

WHEN:

2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

​

COST: 3 credits per class

Yoga for Any Body

Yoga for Any Body

Move and breathe at your own pace.

 

Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system.

 

WHEN:

Wednesdays, Fridays, 8:15 - 9:30 a.m.

Mondays, Fridays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.

POP UP on Tuesday, October 1 and Tuesday, October 29, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Happy Hour Vin-Yin

Vin-Yin combines the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga with the deep stretch of Yin Yoga! Vinyasa yoga focuses on the lengthening and strengthening of the muscles while Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This is indeed a "happy hour" for your body!

Awakening Power Yoga

An active, strength-building yoga class, this 60-minute flow will help awaken your power and get you ready for the day! A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful.
