Yoga Classes & Workshops

Instructors set their own schedules, create their own classes, and make the studio space their own while they are teaching. You will sign up with and pay each instructor individually. We invite you to enjoy these classes and check back frequently to see what else has been added.


Please note: If classes or workshops are cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, the update will be noted on the main Calendar. Please check the Calendar before planning to attend any class!

Feel the Bliss: Yoga with Reiki with Vanessa Bonet

Join Vanessa Bonet, RYT-200 and Advanced Reiki Practitioner for some yoga and Reiki every Monday.


Enjoy a blissful class that never leaves the floor, while focusing on strengthening and stretching all areas of the body. Nourish the inner self with this relaxing class infused with the healing power of Reiki!.

The first portion of the class will include stretches that will help release stress and tension from joints and muscles. Last portion of the class will incorporate restorative poses as you receive hands-on Reiki. Let your body rest easy with the use of props to support the postures creating the space and intention to let this energy flow.

***Participants should be able to get down to the floor and up unassisted***

When: Mondays, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm.

Cost: $12 to drop-in. Discount packages available. Payment can be made at class time via cash, check, or card.

Therapautic Yoga with Shaila Amin

Shhh..... listen to your body....
Be free in the body and still in the mind!

Therapeutic yoga is appropriate at any age and for any body. The focus is on connecting mind and body. Breath, alignment, and awareness are used to foster that connection.

Come as you are! Bring your mind and body and explore the science of yoga for a new you!

When: Tuesdays, January 14 - March 3, 6:30 - 8 p.m.

**Since the February 4 and February 11 classes were cancelled, the session will now extend until March 3.**

Cost: All 6 Weeks: $100 per person or $190 per couple

Chair Yoga: A 5-Week Session with Melissa Powell

Join Melissa Powell, RYT 200, for an hour of Chair Yoga! We'll explore movement and breathwork that can be done while seated in a chair. Standing poses will be optional.

This class is appropriate for people who'd like a gentler class, one that is easier on knees and shoulders, and for people who'd like some ideas for movement and breathwork that they can do at their desk at work.

When: Wednesdays, 10 - 11 a.m. from February 12 - March 11

Cost: $10 to drop-in; 5-class pass for $43

Yoga 4 U with Melissa Powell

Yoga 4 U is a beginner-friendly class that celebrates the body that meets you on the mat. We will explore how yoga can benefit the body by improving strength, flexibility, and balance and the mind by improving nervous system resilience. Students can start at any time during any session.

When: Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.


Session 1 - Yamas (Outward Practices): January 9 - February 6

Session 2 - Niyamas (Inward Practices): February 13 - March 12

Session 3 - Asana (Poses): March 26 - April 23

Session 4 - Pranayama (Breath): April 30 - May 28

Beginning in January, in addition to our physical practice, we will review some of the history and philosophy of yoga in each class.

$8 Candlelight Flow with Malena Agyemang

Candlelight Flow is a vinyasa yoga class. Vinyasa is Sanskrit and means “to place in a special way.” This class uses breath to link various poses in a continuous flow, so we can move our bodies in a mindful way. Moving with each inhale and exhale, students will flow through sun salutations, standing poses, core poses, backbends, twists, forward folds, hip openers, and the final resting pose, savasana. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace while listening to their body to safely strengthen and stretch their body with each pose.

This class is appropriate for beginner and advanced practitioners. However, students should be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted several times. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all student levels to ensure students are not just getting their body into a pose but using the pose to get into their body, mind, and spirit.

When: POP-UP Thursdays, February 27, March 12, and March 26, 6-7 p.m.

Cost: $8 per person / $15 per couple (friends, partners, etc)

Restorative Yoga & Tea with Vanessa Bonet

Join Vanessa Bonet, RYT-200 Yoga Instructor and Advanced Reiki Practitioner, for 75 minutes of a soothing, relaxing monthly restorative yoga class.


Every second Saturday of the month, the class will begin with a sample of a warming tea from the Green Heart Awakening store. Then, we’ll spend an hour of pure relaxation in a restorative yoga practice augmented by yoga props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters as well as sandbags. The sandbags are similar to a weighted blanket and encourage the body to produce a relaxation response, releasing accumulated stress, tension and anxiety.

When: 2nd Saturday of every month, 11:30am-12:45pm
January 11, February 8, March 14, April 11, May 9


Cost: $15 per person; Discount packages available.


Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given unless the class is canceled. If you register and are unable to attend, you may gift your spot to a friend.
