Our studio closed in March 2020 because of the pandemic, and we kept it closed out of an abundance of caution and to protect the community. Limited wellness classes and events are now being held in-studio -- some require masks the entire time and some require participants to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. These in-person class policies are created at the discretion of the instructor.


The following providers were either affiliated with our studio pre-pandemic or are currently offering limited in-person classes in-studio. Please contact the instructor directly for information about their classes.


We still have gently used yoga props from the studio for sale -- please contact us if you need mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, or sandbags!

Beginner's Mind Yoga

Ted Balk

Ted teaches yoga classes that are accessible yet challenging for mind and body. He is offering in-person weekday morning classes for those fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Jackie teaches yoga for kids in an accessible and engaging way. She does not currently have classes scheduled, but you can request a class or private session.

Ashley Lester

Ashley teaches Gentle and Moderate Yoga online several times per week. She also offers Yoga Nidra. Her classes are trauma-informed and accessible. Malena Agyemang

Malena teaches Mindful Flow as well as prenatal yoga -- all online. Her Mindful Flow is a challenging yet accessible Vinyasa Flow class, and her Prenatal focuses on breathwork, parent-baby connection, and poses to create a space for mind, body, and spiritual connection throughout pregnancy.
