Yoga 4 U with Melissa Powell

Move and breathe at your own pace.


Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system. Chairs available for those who'd rather not sit, kneel, or lie down on the floor.


WHEN: Mondays and Fridays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.

COST: $10 per class



Yoga with Tracy Ceres

Tracy creates space where you can come to practice, learn, and explore your body, mind, and spirit with love and kindness.  She encourages you to embrace wherever you are in your yoga journey each time you come to your mat.


​Tuesdays, 6 - 7:15 p.m.

Flow & Restore: - A 75-minute active ALL level vinyasa-style class.  This is a grounding and energizing practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose by linking breath and movement.  This class includes Sun Salutations, Warrior series, and standing postures, creating an opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced.  Class will end with a restorative practice allowing for relaxation.  (A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful.)

Thursdays, 6-7 p.m.

Restorative Bliss: A 60-minute restorative yoga practice with the use of props, emphasis on breath, and active release of stress, anxiety and muscle tension in the body.  This practice is predominantly done lying on the floor with gentle lighting and meditative music. (No experience needed.)

Everybody's Yoga with Lee Ann Brown

Are you looking for a practice that makes sense for where your body is today?

This class is taught based on gentle, mindful movement and lots of breath work with many modifications and prop options.

Lee Ann's classes are appropriate for all bodies  and ages. Whether you are new to yoga, injured, have limitations, or an experienced yogi, you will find Everybody’s Yoga fun and relaxing.

WHEN: Wednesdays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.

COST: $10 per class


Guided Meditation with Karen Sonnenwald

In this class, designed for the beginning and advanced practitioner alike, we learn the benefits of meditation and to use the breath as a tool towards relaxation and stress reduction. We will further explore how to be mindful in our daily lives to maintain a feeling and sense of equilibrium in stressful situations. We will sit for about 20 - 25 minutes. See you on the cushion!


Karen is a woman on a mission to help you get in touch with your inner self through mindfulness and self empowerment. She has been a meditation practitioner since her mid teens, practicing yoga since her early twenties, and is a Reiki Master. She has studied many spiritual traditions that allow her to form a daily practice that is unique and welcoming to individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. 

WHEN: Fridays, 9 - 9:30 a.m.

COST: $10 per class

Payments can be made via cash, check, or Zelle at class time.
