Instructors set their own schedules, create their own events, and make the studio space their own while they are teaching. You will sign up with and pay each instructor individually. Zumba with Vanessa Bonet
Welcome to Zumba!!
Meet Vanessa Bonet, official Zumba Instructor, for this latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates international music, latin music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, and exhilarating class. Dancers and non-dancers alike can easily enjoy a Zumba class because previous dance experience is not necessary. A Zumba class creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non- intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesitated to participate in group classes.
It's a blast, it's easy, it's different and it's effective!
When: Saturdays, beginning February 1 from 9 to 10 a.m.
Cost: $12 per class; discount packages available.

Full Moon Reiki Circle with Vanessa Bonet
Join Vanessa Bonet, Advanced Reiki Practitioner and RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, for this once a month Full Moon Reiki Circle.
Combining a full moon ritual with Reiki enhances the power of everything we do for our highest good and best interest. Reiki energy can be used in many different ways and can create deep change within. This Full Moon Reiki Circle can help harness the elements of intention, action, willpower, and symbolism to imbue our lives with the energetic qualities of the moon!
We will gather in a cleared and sacred space surrounded by crystals, candles, relaxing music, aromatherapy, and flowers to allow the moonlight and universe to take back anything that no longer serves us! In this ritual we will practice:
+ clearing our energies and connecting with each member of the circle
+ centering meditation and breathwork
+ declaring on paper what we want to release and call in
+ full moon release prayers
+ a fire and water bowl ritual
+ a Reiki grid to magnify the healing energy
+ one or two restorative yoga poses to re-set new energy
Please bring a notebook
** Reiki circles only have 8 spaces. Registration is required*** Participants must be able to go down to the floor and up unassisted. Circle is open to any interested male or female. Adults only, please.
When: Thursdays, January 9, February 13, March 5, April 9 at 7 p.m.
Cost: $12 drop/in rate (if you have an active package with Moon Goddess Yoga it can also be used for this once a month gathering)

Join Polly Keller and explore natural ways to improve your digestion!
During this workshop, Polly will cover practical tips to:
--Improve your digestion
--Reduce gas and bloating
--Reduce acid reflux
--Reduce constipation or loose stools
--Reduce mental fogginess
--Modify your favorite recipes
Tea recipes will be provided, and Polly will explain why each ingredient is included in the recipe.
