💋This is a 6 week class in activating, relaxing, and retraining the core and pelvic floor muscles for exercise.
💋We will workout with focus on these areas, and you will learn more about them.
💋Each week you will receive "homework" exercises to help you strengthen and progress. Each week we will progress our exercises.
💋This is perfect moms from 6 weeks postpartum* to 60 years postpartum.
IMPORTANT: Participants will have a set of new exercise bands and props that will be assigned to them for the 6 weeks. No one else will use these props.
