New to the Wellness Lab?

The Wellness Lab is what we call our classroom and private office spaces. We are glad you're here!
The Wellness Lab is located at 158 East Main Street, just a few doors away from our store location.

Your first 3-credit yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, or sound healing class is on us.
All classes require advance registration at least 1 hour ahead of class time. No cancellations allowed within 1 hour of class time.

Workshops and courses have their own registration and cancellation policies.

PLEASE READ the following information carefully. It explains how our credit system works.

General

  1. You'll need to create an account on our booking site in order to purchase passes and register for classes. If you need help with this step, please stop by the store during open hours or give us a call at 864-502-8328.

  2. Participants under the age of 18 will need a legal guardian to sign the liability waiver. Once the waiver is signed, students age 16 and over may attend adult classes without a guardian present.

  3. Once you have an account, you will need to purchase credits in order to register for classes, workshops, and other events. Each activity has an assigned number of credits. For instance, weekly yoga classes are 3 credits, and monthly 90-minutes classes are 5. The larger the package, the lower the price per credit.

  4. While logged in to your StudioBookings account, go to the tab marked "Store." For your first yoga, sound healing, meditation, or sound healing class, choose the First Class (Free) package and "purchase" it for $0. That will apply 3 credits to your account. You can only use these 3 credits for weekly classes, not workshops.

  5. Most class packages in the Store can be applied to any class, workshop, or course. Not sure which package you need? Contact us! We're happy to help.

  6. Once you have your credits, head to the Classes tab and choose your class from the calendar. All weekly and monthly classes require advance registration at least 1 hour ahead of class time. Workshops and courses require advance registration 5 days before the event.

  7. When you register for a class, workshop, or event, the system will debit credits from your account. If you do not have enough credits on account, you will not be able to register for a class. Please see the Pricing page for more information on credits.

  8. Please note that you will forfeit credits if you cancel your registration for a class, workshop, or other event outside of the cancellation window. Read descriptions carefully.

  9. If you do need to cancel your registration, log in to your StudioBookings account at https://studiobookingsonline.com/greenheartawakening. Choose My Schedule and cancel your enrollment in the class or workshop.
Alternatively, open the StudioBookings app and find the class or workshop. Tap on the Booked button, and the system will ask if you wish to cancel your enrollment.
*If you un-enroll in a class, workshop, or course outside the cancellation window, you will lose your credits for that event.* See the Pricing page for more information.

  10. Arrive for your first class 10-15 minutes early, so we can help you get settled.

  11. Use the provided lockers to stow belongings, especially that phone!

  12. Some community events offer a Bring Your Own Beverage/Food option. We ID for these events, and no one under 21 may bring in or consume alcohol.

  13. Have fun!

Yoga, Meditation, & Sound Healing Classes

  1. Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Keep in mind that you might be bending over or lying down during these classes.

  2. We do not "heat" the room beyond a comfortable 72-75 degrees Fahrenheit. In an active class, your body's movement will generate the necessary heat to break a sweat.

  3. Go bare! Take off those socks and shoes. Yoga is best done sans foot covering. Mediation and sound healing can be lovely with cozy socks on your feet.

  4. Gas happens. It just does. Move on.

  5. Refrain from wearing strongly scented personal care products as these can be irritating to your fellow practitioners while breathing deeply.

  6. Focus on yourself. It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing. This is your time to focus on yourself. No comparisons.

  7. We provide mats, blankets, straps, bolsters, and blocks, but you are welcome to bring your own props if you feel more comfortable with your own things.

  8. Enjoy. This is your place.

Cooking Classes

  1. We suggest wearing closed toes shoes and clothing that covers your legs.

  2. We provide all supplies for cooking classes unless otherwise noted in class descriptions.

  3. Wash those hands! We will offer multiple opportunities to wash hands before, during, and after class.
