All classes require advance registration at least 1 hour ahead of class time.

No cancellations allowed within 1 hour of class time.

Workshops have their own registration and cancellation policies.
The following information applies ONLY to our weekly and monthly classes.

PLEASE READ the following information carefully. It explains how our credit system works.

StudioBookings app

Get the app in the App Store or on Google Play!

Class Registration

  1. You'll need to create an account on our booking site in order to purchase passes and register for classes. If you need help with this step, please stop by the store during open hours or give us a call at 864-502-8328.

  2. Participants under the age of 18 will need a legal guardian to sign the liability waiver. Once the waiver is signed, students age 16 and over may attend adult classes without a guardian present.

  3. Once you have an account in StudioBookings, you can purchase credits for classes. Classes are generally assigned a number of credits between 2 and 5. For instance, weekly yoga classes are 3 credits, and monthly 90-minutes classes are 5. The more credits you buy at one time, the lower the price per credit. Unlimited auto-renew packages are the best deal for students taking 2-3 classes per week.

  4. While logged in to your StudioBookings account, go to the tab marked "Store."

  5. Most class packages in the Store can be applied to any class. Not sure which package you need? Contact us! We're happy to help.

  6. Once you have your credits, head to the Classes tab and choose your class from the calendar. All weekly and monthly classes require advance registration at least 1 hour ahead of class time. Some special pop-up classes, like the herbal and cooking classes require advance registration 24 hours prior to class time.

  7. When you register for a class, the system will debit credits from your account. If you do not have enough credits on account, you will not be able to register for a class. Please see the Pricing page for more information on credits.

  8. Please note that you will forfeit credits if you cancel your registration for a class outside of the cancellation window. Read descriptions carefully.

  9. If you do need to cancel your class registration, log in to your StudioBookings account at Choose My Schedule and cancel your enrollment in the class or workshop.
Alternatively, open the StudioBookings app and find the class or workshop. Tap on the Booked button, and the system will ask if you wish to cancel your enrollment.
*If you un-enroll in a class outside the cancellation window, you will lose your credits for that class.* See the Pricing page for more information.

  10. Arrive for your class 10-15 minutes early, so you can get settled. The door will be locked at class time, and if you are not in the studio ready for class, you will miss the class!

  11. Use the provided lockers to stow belongings, especially that phone!

  12. Some community events offer a Bring Your Own Beverage/Food option. We ID for these events, and no one under 21 may bring in or consume alcohol.

  13. Have fun!

Workshop & Course Registration

  1. To register and pay for Workshops, simply head over to the Special Events page.

  2. Choose the Workshop you'd like to attend and pay for that event. Now you're registered!

  3. If you find that you cannot attend your chosen workshop or course, you may gift your registration to a friend. We are unable to offer refunds for these events unless the event is cancelled by the instructor / studio.

Yoga, Tai Chi, & Simply Sound Classes

  1. Arrive 10-15 minutes before your class begins, so you will be ready to start practice right at class time. The door will be locked at class time, and you will not be able to enter if you are late.

  2. Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Keep in mind that you might be bending over or lying down during these classes.

  3. We do not "heat" the room beyond a comfortable 72-75 degrees Fahrenheit. In an active class, your body's movement will generate the necessary heat to break a sweat.

  4. Go bare! Take off those socks and shoes. Yoga is best done sans foot covering. Simply Sound can be lovely with cozy socks on your feet. Tai Chi can be done with bare feet or flat shoes.

  5. Gas happens. It just does. Move on.

  6. Refrain from wearing strongly scented personal care products as these can be irritating to your fellow practitioners while breathing deeply.

  7. Focus on yourself. It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing. This is your time to focus on yourself. No comparisons.

  8. We provide mats, blankets, straps, bolsters, and blocks, but you are welcome to bring your own props if you feel more comfortable with your own things.

  9. Enjoy. This is your place.

Cooking Classes

  1. We suggest wearing closed toes shoes and clothing that covers your legs.

  2. We provide all supplies for cooking classes unless otherwise noted in class descriptions.

  3. Wash those hands! We will offer multiple opportunities to wash hands before, during, and after class.
