About the event

Do you want to make sourdough bread but the process sounds scary and  intimidating? Already have a sourdough starter but don't have any ideas about what to make with it? 

Join Kelsey, a seasoned sourdough practitioner and owner of Living Simple, as she  walks you through how to start, feed, and care for your sourdough  starter. She’ll demonstrate how to feed your starter, and you’ll leave  with feeding and care instructions. This class also includes sustainable  recipes to use your sourdough discard (the part most people throw  away when feeding their starter). Class price includes demonstration,  feeding instructions, and recipes. Sourdough starters available for  purchase with your ticket or in the Green Heart Awakening store after class.

WHEN: Saturday, May 25, 2-3:30 p.m.

COST: $30 class only; $37 with sourdough starter

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: Register at least 48 hours in advance. Once registered, no refunds are available  unless the group is cancelled by the instructor or the venue. If you  cannot attend, you may gift your registration to a friend.
