Experience ultimate relaxation!

Restorative Yoga allows the body to be fully supported by props like bolsters and blankets while getting a gentle stretch. Experiencing the vibrations of different instruments soothes the nervous system and turns on the "rest and digest" functions of the body. Go from wired to well!

WHEN: 2nd Sundays, 6-7:30 p.m. (summer schedule)
