Sound and Restore: Restorative Yoga with Sound

Restorative Yoga allows the body to be fully supported by props like bolsters and blankets while getting a gentle stretch. Experiencing the vibrations of different instruments soothes the nervous system and turns on the "rest and digest" functions of the body. Go from wired to well!

WHEN: 2nd Sundays, 6-7:30 p.m. (summer schedule)

COST: $25 or 5 credits

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration required at least 1 hour prior to class time. No refunds. With 24 hours notice, you may transfer your registration to a different class. Outside the 24-hour window, you may gift your registration to a friend if you cannot attend.
