Please note: This workshop was originally scheduled to run on September 29. Hurricane Helene knocked out our power, so we have rescheduled the workshop for October 6.

In this workshop, we'll explore the world of herbal remedies and their role in bolstering your immune system. We will delve into the science behind these time-honored treatments and provide practical insights into how you can incorporate them into your daily routine. During the workshop, you'll make fire cider and elderberry syrup to take home and use as a part of your winter wellness plan!
