Little Movers -- Caregiver and Child Movement and Fun! with Courtney

This group fitness class puts a fun new twist on bonding with your little one. You’ll both meet new friends, spend time together, and get in your daily exercise! Each class will have activities for your little buddy, for you, and for you to do together as a team all while having a great time! You’ll be teaching your child that having a healthy lifestyle is important and you will both benefit in so many ways from this class. Consists of 20 minutes of play and learn time for your little one, 20-30 minutes of exercise for mom while your child plays, and 10-20 minutes of partner exercises to give you ideas to try at home.
