Tai Chi is an excellent mind/body exercise, integrating internal kung fu, meditative awareness, Taoist philosophy and physics of efficient movement. Consisting of a series of movements and steps, it is practiced slowly, with attention to relaxation and calm spirit.

QIGONG (Chi Kung)
Literally, the study and practice of energy development, Qigong claims similar benefits as Tai Chi. The movements are somewhat less complicated than Tai Chi, and some of the training takes place while the participants are standing still (sometimes known as Standing Meditation).
