Join us in this four-class series where you’ll learn easy ways to eat plant-based for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.


Each class we’ll discuss, sample, and prepare foods to help you eat healthier in 2023.

Fermentation 101 Workshop: Sauerkraut and Kimchi

Join Shannon as she walks you through fermenting your own kimchi and sauerkraut using seasonally available veggies. We’ll talk though the science, provide you with a basic recipe, and you’ll make your own ferments to take home! 


Class price includes all ingredients, recipes, and mason jars for storage.
