From yoga to cooking to meditation to sound healing, we've got something for you! Each weekly class is assigned a credit value, noted in the description. For an explanation of the credit system and costs, visit the Pricing page.

Please understand that some classes and courses require extra preparation time. Those classes and courses will not run if minimum registrations are not met by the deadlines. Credits cannot be refunded if the participant cancels their registration for these events after the deadline has passed.

Tai Chi and Qigong Class

TAI CHI (Taijiquan)
Practiced by millions of people worldwide, Tai Chi is a system of training with martial origins which has steadily gained popularity in the West. Tai Chi is an excellent mind/body exercise, integrating internal kung fu, meditative awareness, Taoist philosophy and physics of efficient movement. Consisting of a series of movements and steps, it is practiced slowly, with attention to relaxation and calm spirit.

QIGONG (Chi Kung)
Literally, the study and practice of energy development, Qigong claims similar benefits as Tai Chi. The movements are somewhat less complicated than Tai Chi, and some of the training takes place while the participants are standing still (sometimes known as Standing Meditation). Many students enjoy practicing Qigong as a supplement to their Tai Chi training.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An active, all-level vinyasa flow yoga class with emphasis on connecting breath with movement, encompassing sun salutations and warrior sequences. You may sweat a bit! A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful but not necessary.
**Non-heated. Room temperature will be set at a comfortable 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit. Your body's movement will supply the necessary heat to break a sweat.**
WHEN:
Vinyasa Flow, 60 minutes, Tuesdays, 6:15-7:15 p.m.
COST: 3 credits per class

Guided Meditation Class

In this class, designed for the beginning and advanced practitioner alike, we learn the benefits of meditation and to use the breath as a tool towards relaxation and stress reduction. We will further explore how to be mindful in our daily lives to maintain a feeling and sense of equilibrium in stressful situations. We will sit for about 20 - 25 minutes. See you on the cushion!

Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

Experience ultimate relaxation!
Restorative Yoga allows the body to be fully supported by props like bolsters and blankets while getting a gentle stretch. Sound Healing soothes the nervous system and turns on the "rest and digest" functions of the body. Go from wired to well!
WHEN: 2nd Sundays, 4-5 p.m.
COST: 4 credits per class
REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration required at least 1 hour prior to class time. Cancellation allowed up to 1 hour prior to class.
Yoga for Any Body

Move and breathe at your own pace.
Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system.
Chairs available for those who'd rather not sit, kneel, or lie down on the floor.
WHEN:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10 - 11:15 a.m.
Mondays, 6:30 - 7:45 p.m., beginning May 8
COST: 3 credits per class
REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
For morning classes: Registration not required but appreciated. Cancellation allowed up to 15 minutes prior to class.
For the Monday evening class: Registration required at least 1 hour prior to class time. Cancellation allowed up to 1 hour prior to class.
ViniYin Yoga

An active, all-level vinyasa flow yoga class combined with the longer holds of Yin Yoga. Emphasis is on connecting breath to movement.
**Non-heated. Room temperature will be set at a comfortable 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit. Your body's movement will supply the necessary heat to break a sweat.**

Thursdays, 6-7 p.m.

Sound Healing Meditation

Each session begins with a guided meditation in which you are given the space to set your intention for the next hour. During class you will experience sounds and vibrations from voice, stringed instruments, chimes, steel tongue drum, nature sounds, and singing bowls.
You'll be able to rest in any position you find comfortable (sitting or lying down). Then, just be still and connect to the vibrations, rhythms, and harmonic and melodic sounds.
WHEN: Sundays, 4-5 p.m. **NEW TIME**
2nd Sundays, +Restorative Yoga
COST: Sound Healing, 3 credits per class
Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing, 4 credits per class

Shannon offers a plant-based cooking class on a different topic each time.
Spring Supper Club
Stay to eat your supper after making it! Ages 21+ may bring adult beverages to have with dinner.
Spring Veggie Bonanza with Concetta
We’re excited that Concetta from Farm Girl Deliveries will co-lead this class! Learn how to make a delicious meal with what you find at the local farmer’s market. You’ll make a complete meal from farmer’s market finds, and then we’ll all eat together. Gluten-free can be accommodated; let us know at sign up.

COST: 8 credits per class OR $40
REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: Minimum registration must be met 5 days prior to each class, or the class will be canceled. Once registered, participant may cancel registration until 5 days prior to the class. If participant cancels registration after the 5-day cutoff, all 8 credits will be used toward the class.
